I have finally woken up to this dreadful shopping site after having so many orders cancelled and money refunded, (albeit quite quickly), but I realise they must be raking in money, hand-over-fist, reaping millions in interest and then giving the money back to customers. I keep emailing them, but now they wont even return my emails. What makes matters much worse is that although their website says they respond to emails (the only way of contacting them) within 48 hours, they DO NOT! I’ll be more diligent next time.Avoid at all cost. I sadly didn't read your reviews before ordering & paying. Shop online from Fishpond.com.au, Australia's biggest online store. They didn’t respond to any further emails.

When I messaged Fishpond via their online ‘help desk’ I got no reply. Towards the start of March, 2019 I placed an innocuous order of 2 books with Fishpond. Ordered a book and 3 weeks still not shipped even, and they won't have to report on shipping for another 2 weeks! Ordered something. Wish I had read these reviews first. 3 weeks later and NO REFUND. After 4 months,I requested a refund.
It also sells DVDs, music CDs, toys, household goods, cosmetics, and electronics. Cannot contact them other than through a contact form - when submitted, they do not respond. (e.g. I find it very frustrating that you have no opportunity to discuss your issues directly with a staff member as they have no phone contacts. I highly doubt my son will get his $200 back. No phone number and just a PO Box as an address - this bunch of tools have no idea how to run a customer focused business.
Book has not arrived and Fishpond have failed to respond to 3 request for a refund. Totally frustrating amd stupid. My 2 books came in good condition . I am re-rating at 3.5, really, so bumped up to 4 stars as they did resolve the issue. What a waste of money.Repeated emails and no response from this lamentable bunch of cowboys. Fishpond - poor experience. ( do not like that aspect ) , If I could give them a (-10) star rating , I WOULD - STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!! See business transparency I immediately contacted fish pond & stated that ive never ever had to pay a charge previously for this item & why should I as they advertise free shipping. I have order dinner set. We will not be able to survive this trying time if refunds are given for packages that have been sent but delayed through transport delays outside our control." I will be reporting you to Consumer Affairs & Fair Trading I received an email stating the order had been dispatched and would arrive in the next 7 working days. I have all communication saved if you need the proof. Fishpond.com describes themselves as an online store that is currently selling more than 12 million items, with a goal of building "the best place for people to buy online," with great prices and free shipping on every order. They are just horrible scums that will steal your money! In short, they are just using our money. Please BEWARE.

No communications from them or Google Express for that matter about any delays. Order on 27 Mar 2020. This happened 2 years ago also and I said I'd never buy from them again but I did. DO NOT BUY FROM FISHPOND!!! However, recent order was delayed 5 weeks by covid but it arrived in the end. I had to lodge a dispute with PayPal. Companies can't alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.com.au.Ordered a product from this company, expected within 20 days as stated.
