Absolutely great book, provides an unflinching (and exaggerated according to some reports) account from somebody that was deep in the game in the early 20th century. This book is not for the politically correct or the sensitive, as Iceberg Slim unleashes many ribald stories about his time spent as a criminal, street hustler & pimp in the 1940s and 1950s.
